Operations Manager

inomed Inc. is the American subsidiary responsible for the sale and support of inomed technology to public and private healthcare facilities throughout the United States.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our team in the US. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter, motivated to learn how a company is built from the ground up. You will have the possibility to “wear multiple hats” throughout the workday and gain experience in all parts of the business. You can incorporate your own ideas and see your impact as the company grows. This job will be very multifaceted and will carry a lot of responsibility. You should be able to prioritize tasks based on the company’s needs.

Previous commercial experience is a plus, especially in working with ERP systems. However, you will get the training and support you need to handle a wide range of tasks. This position at inomed could be the start of an ambitious career path with versatile possibilities. What you will do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, monitoring team performance and productivity, and identifying areas for improvement
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from inquiry to invoicing
• Manage stock, purchasing process and goods receipt
• Collaborate with Managing Directors on operational planning and execution to support overall business objectives
• Prepare reports and forecasts
• Identify potential for process optimization
• Facilitate tradeshow coordination
• Support marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of online presence and marketing materials

Your attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing operational teams, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of commercial principles
• Knowledge of the Microsoft ERP system Navision BC of FO preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers
• Proactive, self-motivated professional with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving operational environments

Work location:

• This is an office-based position in our Westchester, IL office
  
• Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
