Sales Manager ENT & GS / Neuro & Spine (m/f/d) for France

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Leading, developing, and coaching a high performing sales team of Regional Sales Manager in the French market
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and channel partners
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and build brand awareness.
• Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Forecasting of national sales and market share development
• Cost center management according to plan and guidelines

What you need to bring along:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably within Medical Device sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed, approximately 50%
