East Regional Sales Manager ENT & GS

inomed Medizintechnik GmbH is a leading medical device company that develops and manufactures products and treatments in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery, pain therapy, and neurological diagnostics. inomed Inc. is the American subsidiary responsible for the sale and support of inomed technology to public and private healthcare facilities throughout the United States.

The East Regional Sales Manager ENT & GS is responsible for sales development, clinical support, and key account management within the Eastern Region of the United States. This role combines commercial responsibility with hands-on clinical expertise in the operating room. Medical device experience is mandatory. Candidates without proven MedTech background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth for inomed’s product portfolio in the Eastern Region of the United States
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company strategy
  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts (hospitals, clinics, university centers)
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, neurophysiologists, ENT specialists, OR staff, and hospital management
  • Manage opportunities, quotations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Accurately maintain CRM data, forecasts, and sales reports

Clinical & Technical Support

  • Provide Operating room clinical support during surgeries (IOM, neurosurgery, ENT cases)
  • Conduct product demonstrations, system installations, and troubleshooting
  • Train surgeons and clinical staff on inomed systems and accessories
  • Act as a trusted clinical partner for customers, ensuring safe and effective product use
Market & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback
  • Represent inomed at academies, congresses, workshops, and clinical meetings in the Eastern Region of the United States
  • Collaborate closely with international teams (Germany / Canada / USA)

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support
  • Proven experience in neurosurgery, neuromonitoring, ENT, spine, or related surgical fields
  • Strong understanding of operating room workflows and hospital decision processes
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Eastern Region of the United States
  • Experience with capital equipment and disposable-based sales and business models
Preferred
  • Clinical background (e.g. biomedical engineering, neurophysiology, nursing, life sciences)
  • Familiarity with healthcare system and hospital procurement processes
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong sales mindset with clinical credibility
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of independence, accountability, and organization
  • Ability to work comfortably in the operating room environment
  • Fluent English

Location: Remote, must live near a major US airport
Travel Expectations: 75%
Work Location: Eastern Region of the United States
