Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to our clients and service provider for all technical related issues with XCHARGE´s DC fast-charging solutions throughout Europe
  • Planning & execution of educational trainings for our clients and service provider
  • Analysis and Examination of technical requirements of EU clients and developing solutions together with our R&D team in the HQ
  • Analysis of the after sales issues and offer solution to clients
  • Technical support for tenders and projects

This is who you are:

  • Technical background, e.g., studies electrical/mechanical engineering
  • Passionate about EV charging, sustainability, energy transition and new mobility
  • EU Driver’s license class B
  • Knowledge about embedded system and programming languages
  • Good English and Chinese language skills; French, or other EU languages will be considered as a plus
  • Good communication skills, solution/customer-oriented mindset as well as team spirit
  • Willing to travel within the region up to 50% of time (post-covid-time)
