Responsibilities include:
Provide technical support and guidance to our clients and service provider for all technical related issues with XCHARGE´s DC fast-charging solutions throughout Europe
Planning & execution of educational trainings for our clients and service provider
Analysis and Examination of technical requirements of EU clients and developing solutions together with our R&D team in the HQ
Analysis of the after sales issues and offer solution to clients
Passionate about EV charging, sustainability, energy transition and new mobility
EU Driver’s license class B
Knowledge about embedded system and programming languages
Good English and Chinese language skills; French, or other EU languages will be considered as a plus
Good communication skills, solution/customer-oriented mindset as well as team spirit
Willing to travel within the region up to 50% of time (post-covid-time)
