Sales Manager (m/f/d) LATAM/Spain

inomed Medizintechnik GmbH, based in Emmendingen, Germany, is an internationally active company that develops devices and systems for the protection of nerves in order to treat patients precisely. inomed develops tools and methods in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery, pain therapy and neurological diagnostics.

In order to be able to specifically optimize our applications to meet the requirements of a dynamic market and everyday medical life, our inomed specialists work closely with users from clinics, practices and research.

As Sales Manager (m/f/d) LATAM/Spain, you will have sales responsibility for all our product lines, both for the Latin American and the Spanish market. In cooperation with your team, the Country Managers, you will create country-specific sales and marketing concepts and continuously develop the distributor and dealer network within your sales territory. You will be in close and constant contact with your respective dealers and will monitor current market developments through regular on-site visits.

What to expect:

  • Creation of country-specific sales concepts for the expansion of existing markets and the development of new markets.
  • Work closely with marketing management regarding the creation of various marketing concepts within the respective product line and the development of a KOL network.
  • Creation of an admission strategy integrated into the sales concept
  • Preparation of the cost and sales budget and its enforcement
  • Control of the Country Managers
  • Representation of the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses

What you'll bring:

  • Completed business administration studies or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of medical devices requiring explanation as well as experience as a manager would be an advantage
  • Experience in sales via distributors
  • Business fluent in Spanish and English
  • High willingness to travel
  • You are a communicative and team-oriented personality with technical affinity, who would like to shape and drive the future of our company in the long term.
  • You have intercultural competencies to establish sustainable customer relationships in personal contact.
  • You appear confident on the market and act with high self-motivation
