Product or Marketing Manager (M/F/D) - Neurosurgery

inomed Medizintechnik GmbH, based in Emmendingen, Germany, is a globally active company that develops devices and systems for the protection of the nervous system in order to treat patients in a targeted manner. inomed develops tools and methods in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery and pain treatment together with physicians and users. As part of the marketing team, the following interdisciplinary and exciting areas of responsibility await you:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and specific customer segmentation, development and implementation of product positioning for the launch of new products
  • Development and support of a network of users and opinion leaders
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs, courses, labs or other events
  • Supporting existing customers and acquire new customers with demonstrations, during the procurement, instruction and training
  • Run product trainings and demonstrations including OR support
  • 1st level support for application-specific questions
  • Creation and distribution of training, marketing and education materials

What you need to bring along:

  • Completed studies in the field of medical technology, neuroscience or related field
  • Ideally previous experience in marketing or product management in medical devices
  • Confident demeanour and cross-divisional thinking and action
  • High degree of team and communication skills as well as goal-orientated and independent action
  • Very good knowledge of English. French or another language ideal
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Very high willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
